Supported Formats

  • WhatsEra supports all WhatsApp-supported formats except for video files.
    Examples include:

    • Images: JPEG, PNG, etc.

    • Documents: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, etc.

    • Audio: MP3, OGG, etc.

File Size Limit

  • The maximum file size for attachments is 8MB. Files larger than this cannot be uploaded.

Using Attachments

Attachments can be used in two primary ways in WhatsEra:

  1. Campaigns:

    • Add attachments to your campaigns to make your messages more engaging.

    • Example: Send brochures, promotional flyers, or audio files to your audience.

  2. Templates:

    • Include attachments in your WhatsApp message templates and automated messaging.

    • Example: Share invoices, product catalogs, or informational PDFs as part of a template.

Steps to Add Attachments

  1. Go to the Attachments Section:
    Navigate to the Attachments tab from your dashboard.

  2. Click on 'Add Attachment':

    • Select the file you want to upload from your device.

    • Ensure the file format is supported and does not exceed the 8MB size limit.

  3. Name:

    Please name attachments using alphabetic characters only, as numeric names can cause issues during upload.

  4. Upload the File:

    • Click Upload to save the file to WhatsEra.

    • Once uploaded, you can see the attachment in your list with details such as file name, size, and format.

Managing Attachments

  • Delete: Remove attachments that are no longer needed.

  • Preview: View your attachments before using them in campaigns or templates.
