How to Create an Invoice

Enter Business & Customer Details

  • Add your business details (From) and customer details (To).

Add Invoice Items

  • Enter the product/service name, quantity, and price.

  • If applicable, add taxes to ensure proper calculations.

Set Invoice Status

  • You can mark invoices with different statuses:

    • Paid – When payment is received.

    • 📝 Proforma – A preliminary invoice before payment.

    • Overdue – When payment is pending beyond the due date.

  • In Invoice Section (if using Invoicing Feature)

In this context, the due date reflects the payment deadline for an invoice.

    • After the due date, the invoice becomes overdue, and appropriate action may be needed.

Generate & Share the Invoice

  • Once created, you can view, download (PDF), and share the invoice with customers via WhatsApp or other channels.
