Managing your contacts is the first step toward launching effective WhatsApp campaigns and organizing your leads in WhatsEra. Our Contacts section allows you to upload, organize, and manage your data efficiently. We offer two options for uploading contacts, ensuring flexibility and ease of use.

1. Upload File
This option allows you to upload contact files in bulk for effortless data management.
Features:
Supported Formats: Upload your file in CSV or Excel format.
Sample File: Click on Download Sample File to understand the required format or create your own file based on the specifications mentioned below.
Required Fields:
Mobile field: Mandatory.
Additional fields (e.g., Name, Email): Optional.
Custom Variables for Personalization:
Add custom fields in your file to send personalized or dynamic messages to your audience.
If the county code is already added in uploading file (Make sure the country code is added on all numbers which are exist in file otherwise it may make an issue while running the campaign), then please do not select the country, if you don’t have then only select the country.
If you have international number then we recommend please add the country in file before uploading it.
2. Manual Import
If you prefer, you can manually import contacts by typing or copying and pasting the numbers.
Features:
Simple Input: Only mobile numbers can be added in this method.
Country Code Selection:
If your mobile numbers already include the country code, no need to select it separately.
If not, choose the appropriate country code from the provided dropdown.
Important Notes:
File Naming: Assign a unique name to each uploaded file for easy reference in the future, especially when creating campaigns.
Formatting Guidelines:
Avoid special characters, symbols, or spaces in mobile numbers.
Example of correct format:
917410936009.Incorrect format:
+91 74109 36009.
Export Option: You can export the uploaded file to make changes or delete the data as needed.
