The Resend Days feature determines how many days after an interaction the user is treated as "new" again. The default is 7 days.
For example:A user starts a conversation with you on January 1st, triggering the welcome message.
If the user re-engages with you after 7 days (e.g., January 9th), they will receive the welcome message again.
Enable the Feature:
Once all the settings are configured, click Enable and then Submit to activate the welcome message.
Multiple WA Accounts: If you have multiple WhatsApp accounts, ensure that the welcome message is set up for the correct account where users will first engage with your business.
Welcome Message Limitations: Make sure the message is clear and professional, as it will set the tone for your business's communication style.
Best Practices
Integrate with Autoreply Keywords: For better engagement, you can link your Welcome Message with an Autoreply keyword. This allows users to immediately interact with your chatbot and capture leads efficiently. For instance, a welcome message can include a keyword like "Reply with 'SALE' for more details," engaging users right after the initial greeting.
